Photographer
Travels to customer locations to produce photos, videos, and other related media
Uploads produced digital files daily to company file sharing system
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a photographer and be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the essentials of photography and modern digital cameras
The ideal candidate will have a portfolio of past work, though this does not necessarily need to be real estate related
The ideal candidate will have previous experience or have a real interest in the real estate industry
The candidate must possess and well-functioning personal vehicle and maintain proper licensing, registration, and insurance at all times
The candidate must maintain a professional appearance and may be required to wear a company uniform and conform to grooming standards
The candidate must possess a sufficient (cable or fiber) home internet connection and computer (pc, mac, laptop, etc) to upload files to our system. Unfortunately, a DSL or Satellite-type connection is not sufficient
The candidate must have a clean criminal history and we able to pass a background check due to the requirements and nature of this work
The candidate must be service-oriented and have a calm demeanor when dealing with difficult clients or situations.
Ambassador / Marketer
Works as the promotional spearhead of the company, engaging current and potential clients, for example:
Utilizing social media to find potential leads
Visiting open houses
Attending real estate office trainings/meetings to give our company presentation
Visiting real estate offices to connect with leaders
Opportunistic calling
Works with owner to create interesting and compelling marketing ideas, such as:
Graphics
Videos
Blog posts
Social Media Campaigns
Print Media
Promotional events or ideas
Website design ideas
Works editor and content writer to flesh out ideas
The ideal candidate will have previous experience or have a real interest in the real estate industry
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work from home if necessary
The ideal candidate will have a well-functioning personal vehicle to visit customer locations
Coordinator
AKA Secretary
Works in connection with entire team to ensure day-to-day and long-term scheduling of appointments is looked after
Ensures timely delivery of completed work via our photoshoot scheduling and delivery systems
Assists owner with day-to-day items such as phone calls, emails, text messages, etc
Ensures appointments that are on the schedule have been paid for or have been invoiced
Coordinates special requests with owner, editor, ambassador, etc (Example, a client requests the owners presence at an office meeting, the coordinator would find a spot on the calendar and book that appointment, or a clients emails a special request edit)

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work from home if necessary
Editor / Graphical Specialist (Photo and Video) **Note, this is not the main editor for our photoshoots, as our normal processing happens overseas**
Works with Ambassador, Coordinator, Photographers, and Content Writer to produce edited content in support of ongoing marketing efforts
Assists coordinator in expediting last-minute and random edits of our normal work. (A customer may request a small change to a video or photo, and the editor would be able to fulfill that request by the end of the working day instead of it taking overnight)
Produces interesting and compelling videos and graphics to support our social media operations
Assists ambassador in producing materials required for special events (such as making a custom video presentation for a special meeting)
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in creative media and should have a portfolio of past work to demonstrate their capabilities and style
The ideal candidate will have previous experience or have a real interest in the real estate industry
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work from home if necessary
Content Writer
Works with Ambassador and other team members to create engaging content for ongoing marketing efforts
Create interesting and enticing text copy for the below categories:
Real estate property listing descriptions
Website content (blog posts, informational pages)
Training material
Company brochures, flyers, postcards, etc
Industry blog articles
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in creative and/or technical writing and should have a portfolio of past work to demonstrate their capabilities and style
The ideal candidate will have previous experience or have a real interest in the real estate industry
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work from home if necessary
